Dr. John J. Dere is a Project Manager in New York City who leads complex fast-paced multi-stakeholder projects that emphasize workflow design and process improvements. He designs action plans utilizing market research and analysis, planning, and project implementation to help strengthen local communities.

Throughout the course of his career, John has entered a multitude of vocational settings with experience in corporate, non-profit, educational, and church settings. In the past, he has served as a Pastor, Director, Account Executive, Leadership Consultant, and Private Tutor.

John has a PhD in Administration and Supervision from Fordham University, ThM from Princeton Theological Seminary, MDiv from Nyack College, and BA in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

In his free time, John enjoys hiking, reading, sports, movies, and TV shows. He currently lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife Joelle, a therapist and owner of Align Counseling Center.
